Email TF when site visit is completed and provide brief update

Groups choose two agencies to present to class
Work on presentation and support materials (video, etc...)

Group Presentations / Voting

Groups present six - seven agencies to the YPC (7 minutes each)
Preliminary Vote: Students vote for agencies they'd like to invite in
Votes are tallied - top THREE are invited to present
Group Leaders: Contact agencies via phone/email to choose presentation date

Final THREE selected agencies present - (15 mins each.)
Students take notes and complete Agency Presentation form.
Send Thank You notes to agency reps.
Recap of 5 agency presentations.
Final Vote: Students choose agencies to receive award.
Group Leaders: Contact agencies via phone and email - Winning (notify of Award Ceremony) and Losing agencies (thank you for participating.)
